Seriously if it turns out Discord's totally bluffin' it I won't be surprised but I will be a bit sad. I like his character as a bad-baddie and as a reformed master of chaos.
Little abrupt how he realized that he's forever alone though...

Anywho, still great episode, but we have cute HCs to attend to here.
Remarkably I'm not all into Fluttercord even after all the hints in this new episode. I'm still stuck on Dislestia and Chrysacord.
However...I still love Discord and Fluttershy's chemistry for some reason.
My currant head canon for Discord is that he did live alone all his childhood after his cruel parents basically left him to die. He never knew, nor wanted a friend because nopony has ever been kind to him, not even the princesses, have been nice to him or trusted him.
So even if he does eventually warm up to the rest of the mane 6, Fluttershy is probably his weird little pal.

Another thing about my head canon, I think the main 6 are all teenagers and Discord is (mentally) in his early 50s. Am I hinting at a possible father/daughter thing going on here?

I would but then you would all hate me.

Now you know my headcanon as far as their relationship goes. =D

I agree with not seeing a shipping possibility for shipping Fluttershy and Discord, but I do think that a friendship between the two is fantastic, and will help both of them.

Awwwww! :heart: I wanna give little kid Discord a big ol' huggggg! :heart: :heart: Fluttershy looks super adorable here and Discord's smirk made me laugh. XDDD I totally love it. :D You've really captured his smirk/grin. X3 Haha

Personally, I really like Dislestia a lot more than Fluttercord, but Fluttercord is kinda growing on me after watching this episode. :P

I like that idea of the possible father/daughter thing going there that you mentioned. :O I can totally see that happening. I dunnooo. XBBB

I could see Discord and Fluttershy's relationship go anywhere really. Friendshipping, romance, either one. But I really do like your father/daughter idea. That could definitely work since we haven't seen Fluttershy's family yet. Maybe she was all alone like Discord before she met Rainbow...

I loved this episode, and I wont be surprised if we see some more of his friendship with the mane 6 blossom some more......yet I still believe he will be a trouble maker at some points
he is the embodiment of chaos after all
but the father-daughter thing I actually like! Perhaps he saw her not only as a friend but as the mother he never had

I could see a strange one-sided thing here, but that Discord knows it couldn't happen, since he's immortal and Fluttershy isn't. If I ever wrote that (you know, in my many hours of spare time) I probably would leave it as an "if ya squint" type thing.
